Phase I: Introduction
What do you value most in your career? What makes you happy? We want to learn your strengths and what you are passionate about. If things match up to something we are currently working on, we will proceed with a more detailed conversation to determine which opportunities would be a good fit for you. What are your must-haves? What are your nice-to-haves? If not, we will keep in touch in case anything changes.
Phase II: Reviewing
We work with some of the most important Talent Acquisition organizations in the country. After discussing your potential options, we will present you to the client(s) and schedule interviews. Approximately 80% of our submitted candidates get interviewed, and we always make sure that you are prepared and ready.
Phase III: Interviewing
After your interview, we will check in to see how it went and go over the next steps. The client will touch base with us with any feedback they might have. Also, you may have feedback for us regarding how the interview went. We stay true to our value of being completely transparent to both sides.
Phase IV: Offer
Once you accept an offer with us, we work hard to ensure a smooth transition with appropriate time for you to do the things you need to do to prepare for your new job. After you start, we will continue to keep in touch to make sure you are enjoying your new work environment.
