I am the Founder and Managing Partner of StartFinder. StartFinder specializes in helping complex recruiting organizations better manage fluctuations in their hiring demands by providing flexible recruitment resources. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies, big four professional services firms, and fast-growing high-tech businesses. As a 5-time Inc Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Company, StartFinder has been one of Maryland’s fastest growing companies.

In addition to my experience at StartFinder, I also founded the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC). TALC is a “grassroots” association of Mid-Atlantic corporate talent acquisition executives that meet once a quarter to share best practices and discuss industry challenges. TALC has over 140 members representing over 50 companies. TALC members include recruitment leaders (Vice Presidents and Directors) from companies such as Deloitte, Amazon, KPMG, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, Accenture, Microsoft, Freddie Mac, General Dynamics, and SAIC.

I graduated from the University of Maryland, and I am an avid golfer and a proud father of two children.
